CanaryLedger (“we”, “us”) provides a fee breakdown calculator and a paid PDF playbook for online sellers. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

The public calculator runs entirely in your browser. We do not require an account, and we do not receive the order numbers you type into the calculator.

When you buy the Playbook or ask to be notified about a subscription, our merchant of record, Creem, processes the payment and passes us the email address on the order. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your data

We use your email to deliver your download, answer support questions, process refunds, and — only if you asked for it — send one note when subscriptions open. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the processors needed to host the site and take payment: Cloudflare (hosting) and Creem (checkout and payouts).

Retention

We keep your email address and a record of the purchase for accounting, support, and legal obligations. Ask us to delete them and we will, except for records we are required to keep.

What we do not collect

We never ask for your marketplace login. The calculator does not send us the numbers you enter, and we do not collect buyer personal information from your shop.
